Before co-founding Teams of Distinction, Mr. Gerschel was the COO of a $17 million multi-media learning company in Europe and the Director of global leadership development and e-learning for Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceutical. Mr. Gerschel speaks globally on a regular basis and is fluent in five languages. Fusing his diverse corporate career and international knowledge, Mr. Gerschel offers clients a unique expert’s take on raising the bar on their productivity. Antoine lives with his family in Princeton, NJ.
Mr. Polsky spent 20 years in OD & Learning, teaching thousands of professionals worldwide. His lifelong education in human behavior began at the age of 9 at the kitchen table. With a Master’s in Organization Development, and post-graduate work focusing on the impact of emotions on communication, problem solving and relationships, Mr. Polsky prides himself on bringing his kitchen table wisdom to boardroom roundtables. Lawrence lives with his family in Warwick, NY.

For 20 years, Audrey Sloofman has brought out the best in people. Ms. Sloofman has worked with a multitude of Fortune 500 companies such as Bayer, Merrill Lynch, PepsiCo, Cisco Systems, Ralph Lauren, Johnson & Johnson, as well as, NYC.gov. As a former VP of global teams in two rapidly growing businesses, Ms. Sloofman is an expert in leadership, communications, interpersonal dynamics, influencing others and group dynamics. Ms. Sloofman has appeared on numerous national TV and radio shows and has also served as a board member for the American Society for Training and Development. Audrey lives in Nanuet, NY.
Deborah leads our Minneapolis office. She is a respected C level leader with more than 20 years in senior finance and CFO roles for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth mid-size businesses. In each case, she has led her team to breakthrough results including at General Mills, Best Buy, Honeywell, Thomson-Reuters, and The Schwan Food Company. Her career success is largely due to building teams and helping people stretch beyond their comfort zones to succeed. Deborah brings practical, real-world counsel to enable teams to create breakthroughs in performance. She lives with her family in Minneapolis, MN.
Peter is an entrepreneurial-minded leader and has been involved with start-ups, turnarounds, and M&A (in the b2b services sector). He is results driven by practical strategy, focused execution, and a disciplined method of cost control. He has over twenty years of experience and has worked with such clients as IBM, Kraft, Microsoft, Avon, Hyatt, and more. In addition, he has built and managed several consulting and professional development organizations. Peter is an information junkie and an avid reader of business books.
Tim manages the production and printing of our program materials. He is a publishing expert with over 20 years’ experience in companies such as Pearson and Wiley. He is our chief copyeditor and proofreader. Tim is also a skilled manager with a gift for coaching persistently negative and underperforming teams to high performance. He has led teams through acquisitions, rebranding initiatives, and reorganizations. Tim has led multi-location departments and cross-functional working groups and has collaborated successfully with global partners. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
